AllyDVM's Retention Calendar is a unique software tool that actually helps veterinary practices schedule more appointments without any marketing investment.

This software integrates seamlessly with AllyDVM's other services, and it enables dramatic improvements in client retention-related performance. It also provides high-level insight on missing patient and client data through alerts.

Online Portal

 

Pet owners can login to your hospital's online Pet Portal.  They will see your veterinary practice's logo, imagery, contact information, patient information, and more once they login to their account.  Pet parents will also have the ability to send prescription refill, appointment, and information requests to the hospital.

Loyalty Program

 

AllyDVM offers a Loyalty Program for clients to earn Care Coins.  These Coins allow clients to earn rewards for things they are already doing for their pets, like annual exams and preventative care.  Easy to setup and maintain, the Loyalty Program is a great addition to any hospital hoping to engage their clients on another level.

AllyDVM and their team offer an 'Important Announcements' section on the Home page after logging in. This information allows Hospital Managers and their team the ability to stay up-to-date and informed on updates that AllyDVM pushes to the AllyConnect experience.
