Over the past year dealing with COVID-19 pandemic, clients have experienced increase in wait times at our clinics and new procedures for curbside services and social distancing at our clinics. As a result, our hospitals have seen an increase in negative reviews on Google and Yelp and, on occasions, unfriendly behavior towards hospital staff. By acknowledging delays in the clinic and asking clients for patience, hospitals could see a reduction in client dissatisfaction and online negative reviews.
